Tests for Adrenal Fatigue:

The Orthostatic Test: take their blood pressure lying down and then have them stand up quickly and measure it again. If the blood pressure drops by 10 points, we know we have some adrenal fatigue. You can also take a flashlight or a small, concentrated light and put it up to the eye. The pupil should contract. If the iris can’t hold the contraction, we have adrenal fatigue.

Another test is the Sargeant’s White Line. Take a blunt instrument, like a ballpoint pen without the nib sticking out, and draw a line across the abdomen. It should turn into a red line because you aggravated the skin. If the line stays white and doesn’t turn red, we have some adrenal fatigue.
